With the SiriusXM trial subscription, your customers get access to all of their favorite entertainment from SiriusXM to enjoy in their vehicle and on the SiriusXM app - from ad-free music, talk and sports, to comedy, news, podcasts, and more. Plus, they can take the full SiriusXM experience with them everywhere they go and enjoy other exclusives on the SiriusXM app - just send them to siriusxm.com/getlogin to learn more and get their login credentials.

Activation
If a customer’s Radio ID starts with a “V”, they may be eligible for a one-month trial to our premium level service. No credit card required.
Their trial must be activated in-vehicle and cannot be activated outside of the vehicle. Premium Connectivity or an active WiFi connection is required. Premium Connectivity is sold separately by Tesla.
- Have the customer open the SiriusXM app and select Listen Now.
- Have them accept the terms and conditions.
- They can then enjoy SiriusXM in their vehicle or on connected devices with the SiriusXM app.
- The remaining days in their trial will display under the Subscription tab.
If a customer’s Radio ID does not start with a “V”, they may be eligible for a three-month trial to our premium level service. A trial subscription is only available to customers without an existing SiriusXM subscription.
- Have the customer contact SiriusXM at (855) 851-8750.
- They will need their Radio ID number, which can be found under the Subscription tab.
- Have the customer tap the SiriusXM button on their in-car center touchscreen.
- If they can’t hear SiriusXM channels, have them select the SiriusXM Subscription tab for instructions to refresh their radio.

Customers may add a new vehicle to their account, transfer any unused service, or deactivate a vehicle they no longer own
