All new satellite radio-equipped BMW vehicles come with a 1-year trial subscription to the Sirius All Access package.* Your customers will be able to enjoy over 150 channels inside their BMW—plus have the ability to listen online and with the free SiriusXM® app.
All Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) satellite radio-equipped vehicles are eligible for a 3-month trial of the Sirius All Access package.
*Beginning with MY13 factory-equipped vehicles and MY10 dealer-enabled vehicles, the trial length and service availability may vary by model, model year, or trim.
FACTORY ACTIVATION & DEALER DEMO SERVICE
Select MY16 BMW vehicles equipped with satellite radio AND navigation will now be factory activated, which means the demo service will already be active. Refer to the Factory Activation handout in the Download section to see the list of factory-activated vehicles. For all other vehicles and prior model years, dealer personnel will need to activate the dealer demo service manually by performing a quick REFRESH using one of the following options:
- SiriusXM Dealer App
- Online via smartphone or computer by entering the Radio ID/ESN at: siriusxm.com/refresh
- Call 1-800-852-9696 and activate via the SiriusXM Interactive Voice Response – no need to speak to an agent
Please remember, in order to REFRESH the radio online or by phone, you will first need to locate the radio’s ESN/RID and make sure that the vehicle/radio is turned on and has a clear view of the sky. If you are having trouble, contact SiriusXM Dealer Support at 1-800-852-9696 and speak to agent for assistance.
Once the demo service has been activated, your customer’s trial will immediately start once the vehicle is sold.

Existing subscribers can activate a trial, add a new radio to their account, cancel service on an old vehicle, and apply any unused credits to their new vehicle’s service. They’ll simply need their VIN# or radio ID when they call.
