Trial Information 

All new satellite radio-equipped Mazda vehicles come with a 4-month introductory trial subscription to the All Access audio package, which includes every channel of satellite radio. Plus, listening on the app and online is included, so they’ll hear the best SiriusXM has to offer.*

All certified pre-owned (CPO) satellite radio-equipped vehicles are eligible for a 3-month trial subscription of the All Access package.

*Trial length and service availability may vary by model, model year or trim.

Activation Information 

NEW VEHICLES
Factory Installed:
All new Mazda vehicles factory equipped that arrive at your dealership will need to be activated. Please see activation instructions below. Once active, the Demo Service will automatically convert to a consumer account with a trial via the Retail Delivery Record process. (Please ensure the RDR is complete with accurate customer contact information, including email address.) If a vehicle radio is not active, follow the pre-owned activation instructions.

PRE-OWNED VEHICLES
Factory Installed:
Refresh the radio 48 hours after the vehicle is placed into inventory, or any time prior to delivery. The Demo Service will transition seamlessly into the 3-month All Access Trial Subscription, which will automatically start after a sold record is received.

Existing subscribers can activate a trial, add a new radio to their account, cancel service on an old vehicle, and apply any unused credits to their new vehicle’s service. They’ll simply need their VIN# or radio ID when they call.
